What we’re looking for bylittle seeks a highly skilled and versatile eLearning Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial dual function, leading a team of eLearning developers and designers while also managing eLearning projects from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and success of our eLearning projects. Responsibilities Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Suggest and organize team-building activities Monitor team performance and report on metrics Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments 1 on 1’s with Direct Reports Monitor and Approve all time off Discover training needs and provide coaching Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client, customer success team, and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Conduct comprehensive reviews and testing of eLearning courses, including multimedia elements, interactivity, and user interfaces to identify issues and ensure they meet quality standards. Verify that eLearning content aligns with predefined learning objectives, instructional design, and client requirements. Thoroughly test interactive elements, quizzes, assessments, and simulations to ensure they function as intended. Assess eLearning content for accessibility compliance, including adherence to WCAG and Section 508 standards, and recommend necessary adjustments. Validate that eLearning courses function correctly on various browsers and devices. Maintain detailed records of quality assurance processes, identified issues, and solutions, and collaborate with the development team for timely issue resolution. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for enhancing the quality of eLearning content and processes. Software Knowledge Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Dropbox (preferred) Slack (preferred) Articulate (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) Genially (preferred) Evolve (preferred) Vyond (preferred) Qualifications English Fluency Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Project Management, or related discipline). Proven experience in managing eLearning projects and leading teams in the eLearning industry. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of eLearning authoring tools and industry standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions. Proven experience in quality assurance within the eLearning industry. Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar tools. Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG and Section 508) and experience in evaluating content for accessibility. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
