We are seeking an LMS Administrator with an Instructional Design background to manage and optimize our learning management system (LMS). This role requires expertise in LMS administration, content editing, user role management, and analytics to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience for 3000+ learners. Key Responsibilities: LMS Administration & Configuration: Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring smooth operation and integration of new features. Oversee user roles, access levels, and permissions for administrators, instructors, and learners. Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues. Instructional Design & Content Management: Load and customize courses to ensure relevance and engagement . Edit and update learning content to align with instructional best practices. Work with SMEs to develop, upload, and structure courses effectively . Analytics & Reporting: Utilize in-depth LMS analytics and custom reporting tools to track learner progress and optimize training programs. Analyze user engagement and course effectiveness, recommending improvements. User Support & Training: Train instructors and staff on how to use the LMS efficiently. Provide ongoing support to resolve issues related to course delivery and learner engagement. Required Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in LMS administration (e.g., Workday (This one is a must), Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, SAP Litmos, Blackboard, or similar). Strong background in instructional design, eLearning development, or training facilitation . Skills: Expertise in course creation, customization, and content editing . Proficiency with SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, or other eLearning standards . Strong analytical skills with experience using LMS reporting and analytics tools . Knowledge of user role management and access control in LMS platforms . Preferred: Familiarity with LMS integrations (e.g., Workday (Must), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or CRM systems) . Experience with microlearning, gamification, or adaptive learning strategies . Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing for content enhancement. Why Join Us?
