For More Information About Our Positions Visit https://www.bridgestoneamericas.com/en/careers Responsabilidades We are seeking a coordinator to assist our managers in organizing and tracking our ongoing project and operational contracts, budgets, and invoicing. This role involves monitoring budgets and invoices, tracking contracts through the procurement and PO process, organizing and participating in vendor financial meetings, and ensuring that financial reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner. Main Responsibilities 1 ) Maintaining and monitoring budgets and invoices in budget tracker, ensuring that actuals make sense with invoice inputs, requiring strong communication with PO owners Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from financial meetings Preparing necessary presentation materials for financial review meetings Coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with amounts anticipated by end of year Ensuring financial reporting and contractual start deadlines are met Maintaining the team contract tracker Provide customer service support by answering questions and requests from Leaders related to their POs Assist in the implementation of standardized process and procedures as well as support initiatives to increase efficiencies and drive continuous improvement Requisitos Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience Advanced knowledge in SAP and Excel Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products At least 1 year in current position.
