Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background and expertise in Security, Data Governance, Data Inventory, Loss Prevention, and Data Recovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects that ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our data assets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion. Qualifications •Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) strong experience is key. •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. •5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on security, data governance, data inventory, loss prevention, and data recovery. •Proven experience managing complex technology projects from initiation to completion. •Strong background in information security principles, practices, and technologies. •Experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Skills •Excellent leadership and team management skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). •Knowledge of data management tools and technologies (e.g., data encryption, backup solutions, data inventory systems). Certifications •Project Management Professional (PMP) – Mandatory •Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) •Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) •Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
