AMS Inc is a Fintech startup in in the midst of disrupting the Mortgage Industry. Founded by Technology and Industry Experts with a successful entrepreneurial background we are boarding clients onto two of our three products and we want to embark on the 3rd. We are looking for Sr Engineering lead who has experience building and running teams of developers, building B2C/B2B products. We are looking for the best of the best to join our team in Costa Rica and drive our Engineering function there. This is a terrific opportunity to join our growing company at the perfect time. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of software design and solution architecture Manage all aspects of software development Set standards and establish the tools and processes necessary for highly effective, high quality software delivery. Deliver scalable B2C platforms on a regular cadence with CI/CD Work closely with the team in the US and expand the team in Costa Rica Qualifications 10 years managing high performing development organizations Test Driven Development Experience 4+ years experience with scalable consumer facing SaaS platforms Very strong communications skills Multi year experience with AWS, ReactJS, Python, AWS Glue/Athena
