The IT Senior Analyst uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third party vendor systems and products. This position involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions. The employee will have a strong understanding of systems, architecture, and the ability to translate business outcomes and requirements to the technical teams. They will be a coach, mentor, and guide to more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have a high EQ, be able to work independently and as part of a team, build cross functional relationships and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with changing. Responsibilities : Leadership and Guidance : Provide leadership by promoting WWT Core Values and best practices, offering functional and technical mentorship to team members, and guiding the resolution of production issues. System Design and Implementation : Consult on the architecture, design, implementation, and configuration of WWT and vendor systems, including integrations, while collaborating with technology teams to ensure compliance and direction. Data and Process Analysis : Analyze data flow within systems and applications to resolve issues and identify process improvements, and develop tools and visual aids to support the understanding of complex technical information. Customer and Vendor Collaboration : Partner with external vendors, customers, and internal teams to manage implementations, ongoing support, and drive product strategy based on customer feedback and industry changes. Documentation and Communication : Develop architectural diagrams, system documentation, and professional technical documents; translate complex requirements into functional specifications, and ensure clear, concise communication of solutions to stakeholders. Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead user acceptance testing, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with developers to guide problem remediation, while identifying and mitigating potential performance impacts during solution design Qualifications: Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered. Experience : Minimum of 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in a related field. Platform Knowledge : Experience with Beeline’s Extended Workforce Platform is a plus but not required. Business and System Analysis : 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis. Programming Skills : Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles. SQL Proficiency : Skilled in creating SQL queries for troubleshooting, developing metrics, and creating ad-hoc reports. PL/SQL Maintenance : Ability to read and maintain existing PL/SQL objects.
