Job Summary We are currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Global CRM Team, delivering innovative solutions across the suite of Salesforce Applications. The successful candidate will work on various Salesforce projects, collaborating with business stakeholders from different units and locations to drive business initiatives. Responsibilities include performing gap analysis, writing user stories, preparing documentation for agile Salesforce development projects, and collaborating with project managers, Salesforce developers, and the Salesforce Training and Communications Team to ensure timely delivery of key Salesforce projects. Additionally, you will provide guidance on ongoing Salesforce enhancements and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. Job Responsibilities Build relationships across all levels of the organization with diverse internal customer groups. Support major initiatives across a geographically dispersed, multicultural environment. Facilitate workshops to drive process improvements and business process analysis. Communicate effectively through presentations, verbal, and written methods. Be a creative problem solver. Work in a cross-functional, global organization where flexibility and adaptability are key traits. Advocate for Salesforce adoption by understanding end-users’ needs and building value in the system. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial) Bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience. Certified Salesforce Administrator. Build Salesforce capabilities through the Lightning UI. Understanding of Agile Project Methodology. Nice to have Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification. Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Automation, and Contract Management. Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies. Experience leading workshops through the project lifecycle Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
