You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Desirable Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or a related field. +5 years experience in similar position. Demonstrable experience in using Looker Studio Demonstrable experience in using Google Analytics Proven experience in SEO optimization Proven experience in project management, particularly in web development projects. Proficiency in project management tools and softwares Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skill English B2+ You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Lead the website development project from inception to completion Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical developers, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals. Facilitate clear communication and ensure all team members are aligned with project objectives and timelines. Lead the design, development, and deployment of the website, ensuring it meets business requirements and best practices. Ensure the website is optimized for performance, user experience, SEO, and lead generation Design and implement a dashboard to track key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Regularly monitor and analyze website performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Analyze data from Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any technical issues before launch Regularly report project status, milestones, and potential risks to the Head of Sales Enablement and other stakeholders. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate necessary changes into the project plan.
