As a Business Learning Specialist/Writer Analyst, you develop and deliver training programs related to Commercial processes, best practices, and tools to optimize productivity, efficiency, and performance. You review and translate materials required for proper communication with the teams you support. Main Responsibilities: Identify training needs, design and develop holistic learning programs and experiences (e-learning, virtual classroom, simulation-based learning) tailored to the needs of seasoned commercial stakeholders Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing development courses for french speaking, and senior commercial stakeholders, using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, quizzes and performance assessments, using results to make continuous improvements to ensure effectiveness and relevance Provide reports and feedback to management on training outcomes, areas of improvement and recommendations for future training initiatives Research emerging trends, technologies and best practices in Commercial to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content and methodologies Translate or review the translation of materials delivered to the teams you support across different communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone Support internal communication efforts by translating internal memos, announcements, and corporate policies into Quebec French, ensuring cultural relevance, policy and legal compliance Requirements: B2 – C1 French Level ( Mandatory) B1 English level ( Mandatory) Oriented towards professional writing, committed to adapting to various formats, writing styles, tones, and contexts. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) principles, including syntax, semantics, and discourse analysis. Qualifications and Expertise: Expert knowledge of adult learning and development principles and techniques Expert in needs analysis, instructional design and development of training programs Expertise in managing onboarding programs Expert presentation and facilitation skills Expertise in creating and managing communication plans tailored to different audiences and cultures Expert communication, interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Expertise in Commercial systems/tools Ability to lead others to solve complex problems, use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment, and identify innovative solutions Knowledge and experience: 6+ years of work experience in development. delivering training programs, onboarding, and translations.
