TransUnion’s Job Applicant Privacy Notice What We’ll Bring The Advisor HRBP acts as the core support for managers and associates as it relates to people practices and the employee lifecycle as well as identifying HR solutions and strategies needed to support the business and operational needs. The Advisor identifies and diagnoses complex associate and manager issues and understands their business unit talent pool through data and expertise on employee lifecycle. As a member of the HR team, the HRBP Advisor is responsible hiring preparation, coaching and performance management, talent management processes and outcomes and working with COEs on areas of compensation and employee relations transitions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. What You’ll Bring The HRBP Advisor will: Implement solutions & initiatives to advance the HR/GCC people agenda Diagnose & bring forward suggested solutions & initiatives based on the CR GCC trends, metrics; risks etc. implement as agreed w/ Lead BPs. Act as BP liaison for enterprise programs; gathering requirements, providing feedback; acting as the voice of the BPs and the business; supporting the development of the go-to-market plans & resources Lead routine Headcount forecasting conversations, accuracy, planning & changes with finance and function leaders. Guide managers in key people processes; review and approve select transactions Support top business unit projects & flex to the greatest need Constantly identify more efficient and effective ways to operate and tackle HR processes and procedures improvements Consult with managers on labor, immigration/VISA and relocation requests Impact You’ll Make Basic Qualifications University degree (preferred in Human Resources or Psychology) Minimum 7 years of professional experience as HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Consultant Solid knowledge of local labor law with application focus on employee relations matters, conflict resolution and communication Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders in different geographies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing end to end HR functions Preferred Qualifications Project management skills and experience in managing internal projects Knowledge of HR trends and best practices/policies Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employee relations, labor law regulations Previous experience in a global company This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
