We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer with a strong engineering background and expertise in building intelligent automation solutions that drive real business impact.
The role is centered around:
-Bridging the gap between engineering and operations by embedding directly into Lean Pods to identify and automate complex workflows.
-Designing end-to-end automation architectures that combine RPA with Agentic AI and custom code.
-Translating operational pain points into technical solutions, focusing on measurable ROI, FTE savings, and process optimization.
We’re mainly looking for experience in:
-Python (preferred) or JavaScript, and custom automation frameworks.
-Intelligent Automation: Hands-on with LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, or RAG concepts.
-Modern Stack: SQL, API integrations (REST), and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
-Process Strategy: Strong ability to perform process mapping (PDDs), ROI analysis, and stakeholder management.
-English proficiency B2 or higher
-Flexibility to work Hybrid (depending on business needs) since you will play an active role partnering with contact center operational leads to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
