We’re looking for our new Seasonal Sports Advisors! ⚽ 🏀 🏈 ⚾ 🎾 🏐 ✔ Are you passionate about sports and obsessed with delivering unforgettable service? We are seeking Bilingual Sports Advisors for a 3-month seasonal assignment with a world-renowned sports retail brand located in Pavas, San José. We believe in delivering extraordinary care, not just standard support. In this role, success isn’t about rushing callers off the phone; it’s about making a lasting impression. You will actively listen, show true empathy, and uncover what the customer really needs before stepping in with a fix or product recommendation. During this high-energy peak/holiday season, you will support customers across multiple channels with order tracking, inquiries, and account support. Beyond resolving issues, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting with callers and driving light sales recommendations to complete their experience. This is a 3-month seasonal role with potential contract extension and rapid internal growth opportunities—both within the account and across Concentrix—for top performers who consistently deliver exceptional service. Requirements: Advanced English level – B2 Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Full Schedule Flexibility Required for Production High School Diploma Onsite Positions (Pavas) Candidate Profile: Human-First Service: Genuine empathy, patience, and a passion for building trust and rapport rather than rushing interactions. Consultative Mindset: Naturally curious to understand customer needs and comfortable offering relevant product recommendations. Bilingual Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills (B2+ level minimum) with clear, professional expression. Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Proficient in PC navigation and able to multi-task efficiently across systems.
