Description Your Role   As a Project Architect, you will need to coordinate with a team of consultants to deliver architectural projects. Leverage your industry experience and technical insight to drive client projects from concept through build. You will need to actively participate in all phases of the project phases including documentation and construction administration. Innovative thinking balanced with the ability to present real-world technical solutions to new design challenges. Must thrive with personal responsibility and accountability but embody and embrace open communication and team-oriented success. What you will do Manage all phases of projects, from project documentation set-up and construction administration. Manage project schedules, budgets, and set-up with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Guarantee the delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project. Provide project team coordination, specification, and material selections required for construction. Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise during document preparation and construction administration. Preparing and ensuringtheaccuracy of technical documents Participating in preconstruction phases, RFIs,and value engineering. Participating in the construction administration of project assignments, including quality control and submittal reviews. Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators,and regulatory agencies to meet overall projectobjectives. Produce architectural drawings. Conduct site inspections. Manage client,team,and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape civil consultants and/or involved parties. Support communication betweentheproject team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building andpermittingofficials. Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and designchallenges. Review technical documents to ensureaccuracy. Oversee the construction administration of project assignments withfocuson managing design intent and quality control. Lead coordination with contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to ensure the constructed project meets overall project objectives. Other assigned responsibilities.  Your Qualifications   Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent. 5+ years of experience in the profession of architectural design Proficiencyin REVIT, Sketch Up, and construction administration software. 100% bilingual English/Spanish,well writtenwith excellent verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of national and international building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures. Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience. Mid-scale to largeconstruction experience. Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to handledifficult situationswith tact,graceand emotional intelligence. Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams. Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on various project types. Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships.
