Inviting applications for the role of Payment Analyst We are looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical, and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, post invoices, support in payment runs, solving team’s questions, auditing, and controlling different activities from partners on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Review PO and Non-PO Invoice Posting. Invoice Processing (PO and Non-PO Invoice Posting. Perform three-way match review, review invoice information. Troubleshoot, analyze, and process exceptions, AP Helpdesk) Payment Run (Create, modify, and execute payment proposal. Post urgent payments, wire transfers, bank postings.) Vendor Master Data Knowledge Maintain operational KPIs/ SLAs Create SOP during transition. Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and calls. Adherence to compliance policy. Proficiency in accounts payable skills. Problem solving skills. Qualifications we seek in you! High school diploma. 85% English level Good Communication skills. Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP Knowledge. Schedule Flexibility for Month End Closes is a must.
