Your role As the Director of Operations at InTune Analytics, you will be crucial in building and leading our support team from the ground up. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, is highly adaptable, and excels in problem-solving. You must be independent, able to think independently, and confident in voicing your opinions to challenge and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by a process-driven mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential. You will report directly to management and sit at the leadership table, contributing to high-level decision-making and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust SOPs and processes by shadowing the support team. Recruit, interview, and train the internal support team. Schedule and continuously coach the team to achieve performance goals. Determine and track relevant KPIs. Assist the team in responding to support tickets during peak times. Report directly to management and participate in leadership meetings. Optionally streamline operations in other business areas, such as the revenue and finance teams. Required Qualifications: Proven experience building and leading support teams in LATAM. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Advanced experience with Freshdesk. Excellent coaching and team-building abilities. Process-driven mindset Experience in designing and implementing KPI reporting frameworks. Why join our team?
