About SBSO Superior Business Solutions Outsourcing (SBSO) builds and runs operations for growing U.S. businesses trades companies, contractors, and small teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but aren’t ready to hire in-house. The Role We’re hiring a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing and billing operations for one of our U.S. client accounts — a growing construction/services business that needs its billing run with precision, not guesswork. You’ll work inside QuickBooks daily, keeping the financial engine of a real, active business clean and current. This isn’t data entry. Late or sloppy billing directly costs our client money — delayed payments, missed invoices, cash flow gaps. You’re the person making sure that doesn’t happen. What you’ll actually be doing Creating, sending, and tracking invoices in QuickBooks Reconciling accounts and catching discrepancies before they snowball Following up on outstanding balances and keeping receivables current Maintaining clean, audit-ready financial records Flagging billing issues to our supervisor before they become client-facing problems Who we’re looking for Someone who’s actually used QuickBooks not “familiar with,” but comfortable navigating it daily without hand-holding. Someone who notices when a number looks off and chases it down instead of shrugging. You don’t need to be an accountant, but you need to think like one: precise, skeptical of “close enough,” and calm under a deadline. Schedule & Terms 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Monday–Friday Weekends off US holidays off, paid Professional services contract $460/month / ISR Applies.
