Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our marketing processes, contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality marketing actions, activities, and reports. Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Oversee the internal content development process, ensuring timely collection, distribution, and delivery of new content including blog posts, news/press releases, social media posts, and customer newsletters and spotlights. Collaborate with the marketing team to create industry-specific content, managing deadlines for idea development, creation, and delivery. Social Media and Reporting: Develop and manage the social media posting schedule, ensuring consistency and engagement across all platforms. Establish a reporting process for social media and other marketing software, analyzing performance and providing actionable insights. Process Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain, update, and document existing marketing processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Handle license renewals and invoicing for all marketing subscriptions and memberships, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. Reporting and Analysis: Provide and analyze current marketing reports, facilitating their use across the business to inform decision-making and strategy. Develop new reports, presenting data and insights in a clear and actionable format. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on content management and social media. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms and analytics tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
