Inviting applications for the role HR Field Generalist The HR Field Generalist provides operational and employee-facing Human Resources support across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, workforce administration, reporting, and HR operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and employees to ensure consistent execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local labor legislation. The position works independently on day-to-day HR activities, applying established policies and procedures to resolve employee inquiries, support business operations, and deliver a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day Human Resources support across functional areas including benefits, compensation, staffing, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations, following established policies and procedures. Independently manage assigned HR activities while aligning priorities with leadership and ensuring timely execution. Serve as a resource to team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and training on HR processes, policies, and best practices. Respond to employee and business inquiries, analyze HR-related issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions within established guidelines. Support operational effectiveness by making informed decisions that contribute to meeting business objectives, service levels, and performance goals. Deliver HR generalist support, including employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, workforce administration, and employee support. Support recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions by coordinating hiring activities and partnering with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR metrics and reports, including headcount, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and workforce trends, providing insights to support business decisions. Monitor and administer services provided by external vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with established standards. Facilitate training sessions for new hires, support staff, and peers on HR policies, procedures, and operational processes. Promote a positive employee relations environment by identifying trends, addressing concerns, and supporting engagement initiatives. Handle confidential employee and business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, business conduct guidelines, and applicable local labor legislation. Build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support business needs. Participate in corporate initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and quality programs while upholding organizational values and professional standards. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. In some countries, a 1–2year technical, vocational, or trade school degree in a relevant discipline may be considered equivalent. 0–1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices in areas such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development, or HR operations. Understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day operations. Ability to analyze information, resolve routine HR issues, and make sound decisions within established guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
